From my elementary school still relatively large body because it has a habit of snacking after dinner. It feels as if there is no less snacking. This condition is exacerbated by my parents who are food vendors, so we can be sure there will always be a snack at home.
I'm used to be called by the nickname 'the fat guy' and I do not really care about it. Until my second grade high school I studied biology, at the time my teacher said if our parents have diabetes it is most likely to be affected to the girl with diabetes, especially if it can not control food intake. I began to fear.
Then one day I read a novel whose contents adolescents who are obese because their environment like eating large meals. The teenager wants to go on a diet and learn from her friend who are underweight, but one of her friends using the wrong diet pattern to develop bulimia nervosa. The effect he eat anything in large portions and thereafter tried to regurgitate all the food he eats.
I remembered the dialogue in the novel who said that 'do not make the stomach was like a trash included all food'. From the novel that I was motivated to lose weight in a healthy manner like doing aerobics, lifting weights made from discarded mineral water bottles filled with water, and eating a healthy diet.
Still frequent snacking and difficult to manage your diet, as a result there is no change at all in my weight. Until the third grade high school I was exposed appendicitis, I was no appetite and food intake every me vomit.
After my surgery apendiktomi, habits regurgitate the food-borne. I remember the novel that I read it, I was afraid if I had bulimia nervosa and would be bad for my health.
I started to eat little but often to avoid the urge to vomit. I diligently 3 times a week jogging around the stadium, aerobics and keep my food intake. I always start eating with drinking water so as not overeating. I also reduced my snacking habits by drinking water when cravings come.
Finally during my weight down to 54 kg. Our body is a reflection of ourselves. Remember that 70 percent that makes us fat is the food we eat and 30 percent are sport. And remember your stomach instead of the trash that must be entered every meal.
